Insurance Companies Offer Insurance For Condos Converted into Apartments

For the first time we are seeing several contractors biding on jobs that are
apartment conversions. For many years apartments had been converted
into condos for sale and profit. Since the prices of condos has
dropped dramatically, we are seeing condos being converted into
apartments. Most insurance companies consider apartments as commercial
so these contractors will have no problems bidding on these jobs and
will be covered under their commercial lines policy.
